Clearly the highlight of the past two weeks was the leadership meetings held with Elder Anderson. During the leadership meetings, I was assigned to sit right next to him on the stand. I have to admit that was surreal.
The second highlight from the past two weeks was Elder Pearson's talk in the Special Salt
Lake Stake Conference this morning. He talked about aligning ourselves with the
Holy Spirit and the power that comes when we do that. He analogized it to the
alignment that has to occur along electrical switches for electric power to get
to where it needs to be to power that light bulb or lamp. His talk was all from
the heart and mind. I so wished it had been written out so that I could get a
copy of it.
